Sandra DeBernardi Scholarship in Elementary Education (SOE)

• junior or senior to be enrolled full time with a major in elementary education
• at least a 3.0 gpa
• financial need should be considered only in a “tie-breaker”
• first preference shall be given to graduates of the Onalaska High School
• recipient should intend to use animal care, love and responsibility as an integral approach to well rounding early elementary children
