UWL Physical Therapy Alumni & Friends Scholarships

• graduate student to be enrolled full time with a major in physical therapy
• good academic standing
• financial need and leadership role in the class will be considered in the selection process
• PT Alumni Committee will select the scholarship recipient(s) after receiving input from the PT Department faculty
• Graduate students who are currently enrolled in the DPT program and who are eligible for this scholarship will be auto-matched to this award based on successful completion of general application and DPT conditional application questions
