1. incoming freshman who has been accepted for admission to UW-L no later than April of the calendar year in which he/she
shall enter the institution to be enrolled full-time;
2. must have a major in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics
3. must have scored at least a 27 on the ACT test, both comprehensive and mathematics
4. financial need may be considered only as a single but not necessarily a deciding factor
