1. Recipient must be enrolled full-time at UWL with a major in English
2. Recipient must be in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA greater than 3.0
3. Recipient may be a sophomore, junior or senior
4. Financial need must be considered
5. Statement of financial need must be submitted with application
