1. Recipient must be an entering freshman to the University of Wisconsin -La Crosse
2. Recipient must be a graduate of Muskego High School, New Berlin Eisenhower, New Berlin West, or Whitnall High School.
3. Financial need must be considered.
4. Statement of Financial Need must be submitted with the application
