Gayle A. Anderson Scholarship Fund

(1) The recipient must be enrolled full time at UW-La Crosse with a major in any of the “liberal
arts”, such as, but not limited to, literature, drama, music, philosophy or language;
(2) The recipient must be in good academic standing with above-average grade point average;
(3) The recipient may be a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior;
(4) Financial need must be a prime consideration, i.e., it is the donor’s intent to help
alleviate a student’s need to maintain a heavy employment schedule;
(5) At least one award should be made annually;
