Max Winter Memorial Scholarship for International Students

This fund will support one scholarship for an international student coming to UWL to study full-time for at least one semester. The recipients must be cleared for international study by the UWL Office of International Education & Engagement. Criteria as follows, in priority order:
1. Students attending UWL from a university in Scotland
2. Students attending UWL from a university in the United Kingdom
3. Students attending UWL from a university in an English speaking country.
