Fabich Family Scholarship

1. Recipient must be enrolled full time at UW-La Crosse with a major in Accounting, Chemistry, or Community Health.
2. Award will rotate majors each year in this order Accounting (2022—23), Chemistry (2023-24), Community Health (2024-25).
3. Recipient must be in good academic standing.
4. Recipient may be a sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student.
5. Financial need must be considered.
6. Statement of Financial Need must be submitted with application
