1. The recipient must be enrolled full-time at UWL with a major in political science or public administration. The scholarship alternate and will be awarded to a political science major in even years (2024-25) and a public administration major in odd years (2025-26)
2. The recipient must have a GPA of at least 3.75
3. The recipient must be a sophomore, junior or senior
