• Must have graduated from Seymour Community High School in Seymour, WI
• Must be enrolled full-time at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and have one of the following majors:
a. Biochemistry
b. Biology
c. Chemistry
d. Clinical lab science
e. Microbiology
f. Nuclear Medicine Technology
g. Radiological science/radiation therapy

• Must have a minimum GPA of 3.75
• Must be an incoming Freshman
• Robust extra-curricular experiences or employment
• Financial resources may be considered
