academically qualified as a senior at the time of the first scholarship payout to be enrolled full time in the Department of Health Education and Health Promotion; the Department of Exercise & Sport Science; or the Department of Recreation Management and Therapeutic Recreation
at least a 2.85 overall gpa
financial need may be considered
must demonstrate a record of significant youth sports (ages 5-15) coaching experience in at least two sports (or one with substantial time commitment and leadership) during the past two years
along with the application, up-to-date resume
