Nuclear Medicine Technology Internship Scholarship

1. The recipient must be enrolled full time at UW-La Crosse in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
2. The recipient must be in good academic standing.
3. The scholarship is to be awarded to support a student during their internship semester.
4. Has demonstrated a commitment and an attitude toward being an outstanding care provider as a
medical professional
5. Financial need must be considered.
6. Statement of Financial Need must be submitted with the application.
7. One $1000 scholarship will be awarded each year.
