Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree from the College in Education
• Graduate of La Crescent High School in La Crescent, MN
• Financial Need

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a concentration in History or English
• Exhibiting an interest in, or engaging in research specific to the Holocaust

Renewable up to four years if applicant continues to meet the qualifications each year
