1. The recipient must be enrolled full time at UW-L in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program
2. The recipient must be in good academic standing with an above-average grade point average
3. Financial need should be considered
4. At least one award should be made annually

• Graduate students who are currently enrolled in the DPT program and who are eligible for this scholarship will be auto-matched to this award based on successful completion of general application and DPT conditional application questions
