Gwyneth Straker Clinical Excellence Award Fund

Required Qualifications:

• A student who is completing the second year of the UWL Physical Therapy Program and funds will be disbursed for expenses of the third year.
• Must have demonstrated superior abilities in past clinical rotations and display an advanced level of professional behaviors in the classroom and in the clinic.
• GPA can be considered only if the committee is considering two students who, in the opinion of the committee, are equally deserving and qualified for this scholarship award.
• Financial need can also be considered only if the committee is considering two students who, in the opinion of the committee, are equally deserving and qualified for this scholarship award.
• Graduate students who are currently enrolled in the DPT program and who are eligible for this scholarship will be auto-matched to this award based on successful completion of general application and DPT conditional application questions
