Required Qualifications:

• Recipient must be enrolled full time at UWL and either be a of the Parent Self-Sufficiency program or a student who has successfully completed at least one course in Race, Gender & Sexuality Studies or is currently enrolled in the RGSS department
• Recipient must be a single parent with financial need
• Recipient must be a junior or senior
