Required Qualifications:

• Recipient must be enrolled full time at UWL
• Participation in an international education program of the UWL Office of International Education (including direct exchange programs, study abroad, degree study at UW-L by foreign nationals, etc.)
• Significant academic achievement
• Recipient may be either undergraduate or graduate students at any state of their studies and in any UWL college
