Required Qualifications:

• Recipient must be enrolled full time at UWL with a major in health education and health promotion or exercise and sport science in medical or food science studies dealing with the human diet as it affects health
• Recipient must be a sophomore, junior, or senior
• Recipient must be in good academic standing with an above average grade point average
