Required Qualifications:

• Recipient must be enrolled at UWL and maintain a special emphasis or interest in economics
• Recipient must an incoming freshman from La Crosse Central High School, La Crosse Logan High School or Aquinas High School of La Crosse
• Recipient must be in good academic standing and must demonstrate scholarly abilities and commitment to enhance and strengthen the neighborhoods and quality of life in La Crosse.
• Financial need considered
