• Recipient must be enrolled full time at UWL with a major in Music Education or Political Science
• Recipient must be in good academic standing with above average GPA
• Financial need should be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

• First preference will be given to a student with a Bangor, WI address
• Second preference will be given to a student who has a permanent address located within a 100 mile radius of La Crosse, WI
