• share diversity related contributions that improved the quality of life for all. This might include any innovations, interventions, generated resources, expansions, etc. that resulted in positive change;
• describe impact of diversity and multicultural programs and events implemented and facilitated;
• highlight diversity initiatives and proactive efforts to improve the campus climate;
• reflect upon the teaching about diversity inside and outside of the classroom;
• demonstrate positive impact and outcomes;
• show affects in the UW-L community, on-campus and in the La Crosse and neighboring communities;
