    – Describe your demonstrated leadership for, support of, or involvement in organizations, activities, or issues that benefit the LGBTQQIAA communities.
    – Write about your personal identity, goals, and connectivity to others in the LGBTQQIAA community.
    – Describe your experience as a member of the LGBTQQIAA community and your experiences being marginalized. How have those experiences impacted you?
