Carsten & Zedona Christiansen Memorial Scholarship for Physical Therapy

• recipient must be enrolled full time as a second or third year student in Physical Therapy Program at UW-La Crosse
• recipient must have demonstrated a high degree of academic success and potential for future success as evaluated by the committee
• financial need must be considered
• Graduate students who are currently enrolled in the DPT program and who are eligible for this scholarship will be auto-matched to this award based on successful completion of general application and DPT conditional application questions
