1. Recipient must be enrolled full time at UW-La Crosse majoring in Exercise and Sport Science with a concentration in Fitness or Strength & Conditioning.
2. Recipient must be in good academic standing with grade point average above 2.8
3. Recipient shall be a graduate of a Milwaukee Public School
4. Recipient may be a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior.
5. Financial should be considered.
6. Statement of Financial Need must be submitted with application
