*Recipient must be a Wisconsin resident
*Recipient must be in good academic standing with a GPA of at least 3.0; (NOTE: the second-semester payout will not be awarded if GPA falls below 3.0)
*Recipient may be a sophomore, junior, or senior
*Financial need must be considered
