• Recipient must be enrolled full time at UW-La Crosse with a major in education
• Recipient must be a multicultural student; with first preference to African American students and second preference to Hmong students
• Recipient may be a sophomore, junior, or senior.
• Financial need shall be considered, but only in a tie-breaker
